This course is for students who were recently unsuccessful when taking their test, and only require a small amount of training to meet the standard.

This course is for absolute beginners, with no experience or theory test pass. Its your one stop shop to begin your journey on the road to safe driving.

*theory test- only one appointment is part of this course, if you are unsuccesful passing first attempt, further tests are at pupils expense, and course cannot complete until theory test passed.

• “School” refers to Safe2go Driving Academy
   
• “Student” refers to the individual booking the intensive driving course.
   
• “Course” refers to any intensive or semi-intensive driving lesson package offered by the School.
   

2.1 All intensive courses must be booked in advance.
2.2 A non-refundable deposit of 10% is required to secure booking dates.
2.3 The remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 days before the course start date.
2.4 Failure to pay the balance on time may result in cancellation of the course with loss of deposit.

3.1 Intensive courses involve multiple lessons over a short period and may be physically and mentally demanding.
3.2 Lesson schedules are arranged based on instructor availability and may include weekends.
3.3 The School does not guarantee:

• Passing the driving test
   
• A specific test date
   
• A fixed instructor throughout the course (unless stated otherwise)
   

4.1 Driving test fees are not included unless explicitly stated.
4.2 Test dates are subject to availability from the licensing authority (e.g., DVSA).
4.3 If the Student is deemed not test-ready, the instructor reserves the right to:

• Refuse use of the vehicle for the test
   
• Recommend additional lessons (at extra cost)
   

5.1 Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.
5.2 Cancellation with less than 7 days’ notice before the course start date will result in loss of the full course fee.
5.3 Missed lessons, late arrivals, or early terminations will not be refunded.

6.1 The School reserves the right to cancel or reschedule lessons due to:

• Instructor illness
   
• Vehicle breakdown
   
• Adverse weather
   
• Circumstances beyond the School’s control
  6.2 In such cases, the School will offer:
   
• Rearranged lessons, or
   
• A partial refund for undelivered lessons (excluding deposit)
   

7.1 Students must:

• Hold a valid provisional driving licence
   
• Meet minimum eyesight and legal requirements
   
• Inform the School of any medical conditions that may affect driving
  7.2 Students must not attend lessons under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medication that impairs driving.
  7.3 The School reserves the right to terminate lessons without refund if the Student behaves dangerously or abusively.
   

8.1 Lessons start and end at the agreed times. Late arrival will shorten lesson duration.
8.2 The Student is responsible for reasonable care of the vehicle. Damage caused by reckless behavior may be charged to the Student.

9.1 No refunds are given for:

• Failure to pass the driving test
   
• Lessons completed
   
• Lessons cancelled outside the notice period
  9.2 Any approved refunds will be processed within  10 working days.
   

10.1 The School is not liable for:

• Test failures
   
• Delays caused by test authority availability
   
• Personal belongings left in vehicles
  10.2 Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
   

11.1 Personal data will be processed in accordance with data protection laws and used solely for course administration.

By booking an intensive driving course, the Student confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
